Oversees service delivery across our security operations, including guarding, mobile patrols, gatehouse, concierge, and response services. Responsible for officer recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure consistent and professional service delivery.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of our National Operations Centre, including monitoring, operator performance, alarm response procedures, and coordination of mobile patrol services. Ensures that security events and signals are handled efficiently and professionally.
Oversees compliance, risk management, workplace health and safety, and relevant industry requirements. Ensures our operations maintain appropriate standards while supporting effective reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Leads the technology solutions that support our security operations, including client platforms, patrol verification systems, surveillance technology, and relevant security system integrations. Focuses on using technology to improve visibility, efficiency, and service delivery.
Oversees recruitment, employee development, retention, and training across the organisation. Supports the development of highly capable security personnel through structured training and professional development, ensuring our team is prepared to meet the requirements of different client environments.
